The Senate Republican stance is anti-American. Whenever the majority of the elected leaders vote and that vote is nullified by a minority the American voters voice has been silenced.
The Senate did pass a budget bill 51-49. The obstructionist practice of filibuster nullifies that vote and the will of the people is thwarted.
All criticism from John Boehner of the Senate falls on Mitch McConnell and John Boehner’s republican party. A possible explanation is my next post.
