Fact checked to death, everything Ryan said in this video about Obama reducing benefits was shown as false.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, PPACA, that the GOP labeled “Obamacare” eliminated over $710 billion wasted medicare funds. It stopped paying private hospitals and insurance companies for providing nothing. It did take the wasted medicare funds and spent it on increased benefits to the elderly.
In the video Ryan slams the waste reduction and increased benefits and promises to first, put that waste back in and rolling back the increase in benefits by repealing the PPACA, and second, he promises devotion to protecting Medicare.
He now brags about his rape of Medicare. His new budget still calls for putting the waste back in, making the rich richer by repealing the PPACA thus rolling back the increase in benefits and cutting actual benefits by a over $780 Billion.
Ryan also keeps the tax dollars that were to pay for health care for everyone, that the working class pays for new access to health care, and denies them the health care. That is balancing the budget on the backs of the poor.
Somehow this redistribution of wealth from the working class to the wealthy is deficit reduction.
