“They will vote democrat” has been repeated by many Tea Party leaders.
The Bigoted right has let it slip, the real reason to oppose immigration reform is to stop America from progressing to a more free society.
It is clear, at least to me, that our founding fathers intended America to be perpetually run by free white adult male wealthy slave owning aristocrats.
They did create a system where the people could claim control. First America must broaden the definition of “people” to include all human beings. America amended the constitution to include all races. While amending the constitution to allow women to vote, America still refuses to recognize women as equal citizens.
If America ever does officially recognize all human beings as equal “people”, then the excuses to deny rights will fade. Rand Paul and friends will fade into the same place in history as those who murdered innocents because of their race, murdered women in the name of Christianity, and propose government mandated rape prior to abortion.
Opposition to immigration reform is simply another action in support of bigotry. Rand Paul is on record of supporting Woolworth’s right to deny blacks a seat in the restaurant. Rand Paul is on the bigoted side of the immigration debate also.
