There is no question as to the fact as it was all on video. In this case a old white man sees his 13 year old neighbor on the sidewalk bring in the trash can. He goes into his house, gets a handgun, threatens the boy, then threatens the boys mother who is standing in her own front doorway, then turns back and shoots the unarmed boy to death.
I am waiting for the NRA to say the boys mother should have had a gun and shot first.
