The failure of democratically elected officials to act is creating a power vacuum in the USA. If congress will not act, then someone else will. America is becoming a place where we are free to live as the guy with the gun tells us too. This is not America, this is Wayne La Pierre’s utopia as he stated at CPAC.

The unregulated militia has claimed governmental authority over Gilberton, Pennsylvania. They have done so by terrorizing the common citizens and the elected government of the county.
Police Chief Mark Kessler is the leader of this group. His threats are real. The county government has lost the ability to govern.
Kessler wrote: “I’m calling on all true Americans , all militia members, all true oath keepers to assemble, be ready to march on a tyrannical county government right here in Schuylkill county Pennsylvania, democrats are the true enemy of our country, our freedoms, our constitution, along with liberal news agency’s , liberal news reporters, much like hitlers nazis , time we clean these antiamerican thugs from office,”
Kessler’s lack of respect for the opinions of others is what makes him the tyrant, the anti-American, the one who has no respect for the US Constitution, no respect for majority rule. It is Kessler that has displaced democracy and replaced it with tyranny. Kessler references Hitler and the Nazi party, and like Hitler, they started small also.
Kessler and his followers fail to recognize the simple truth that ones own personal freedom must be tempered with respect for the personal freedoms of others. There will always be those of small minds and dim wits who cannot comprehend this simple truth. In a nation of laws, the responsibility to protect the majority from these people begins in Congress. The 2nd Amendment begins with “A well regulated”. The failure of Congress to live up to this constitutional mandate is the problem.
Well over 90% of Americans see the need for congress to act on gun control. The inability of congress to function is handing the country over to those who not afraid to act. Those who are not afraid to act are not acting in a manor that respects the principles of the USA.
To be perfectly clear, the GOP in congress is the group who voted down every effort to keep America free. It is the GOP that values the freedom of a minority to tyrannize those who wish to seek life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It is the GOP who has failed to “establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare,”. The GOP has forgotten the purpose of the US Constitution.
It is time for the US Armed forces to stop these thugs. Nothing else can.
