If you watched the video and find him scary, he claims that is just a media promoted misconception. Does he promote violence? According to Kessler, no, he would be shocked if it did.

After hearing his apology, I question the sincerity he attempted to demonstrate in the above Fox News interview.
Kessler continually referrers to the constitution, specifically the 2nd Amendment. To keep the facts straight, here is the 2nd Amendment in it’s entirety, one sentence.
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
Kessler claims the purpose of this amendment is to prepare citizens to overthrow the government. He also repeats the NRA slogan, “shall not be infringed”, the last 4 words of the second amendment and claims the first 3 words, “A well regulated”, do not exist. As any dictator would do, Kessler re-writes laws to his own purpose of claiming authority to himself.
His organization, the “Constitution Security Force” is completely unregulated, thus unconstitutional by the 2nd amendment that demands Militia be regulated. He claims the right and power to supplant the lawful government as any dictator would do.
Kessler claims the “Obamacare Act”, (no such act exists, I assume he means the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or ACA), is unconstitutional. In so doing, he denies the Constitutional power given exclusively to the Supreme Court to interpret the Constitution. The US Supreme court ruled that the ACA is constitutional. Here Kessler claims the power of the courts belongs to him alone, a necessary step for any dictator.
First Kessler states “no restrictions on guns” are constitutional then states “clearly sick” people should not be allowed guns. Does he mean the “F#$#in Libtards”? And the “traitor” Secretary of State John Kerry? As is necessary for any dictator, he establishes the right to arm himself and his group and decide who should not be allowed arms. This dictator’s logic, regulate according to his opinion, is as un-American as can be found anywhere.
I could go on with a multitude of points showing this person to be anti-American. I am, however, sick of thinking about this playground bully in a mans body.
The stated purpose of the constitution includes:
- “insure domestic tranquility”. Kessler’s interpretations disrupt the domestic tranquility. His interpretations are therefore wrong.
- “provide for a common defense”. Kessler does not defend all, he threatens all who would oppose him. His interpretations are therefore wrong.
- “promote the general welfare”. Kessler promotes nothing but himself. His interpretations are therefore wrong.
- “establish justice”. Kesslor supplants courts and destroys justice. His interpretations are therefore wrong.
- “Secure the blessings of liberty”. Kessler claims the right to destroy the liberty of everyone who disagrees with him. His interpretations are therefore wrong.
