Makers and Takers? Workers make it, Corporations Take it.

The “gimme gimme gimme” corporate America:

  • gimme a tax free status.
  • gimme a slave labor work force,
  • gimme deregulation so we can destroy the environment.
  • gimme federal funds after we lost the investors money.
  • gimme a .05% federal loans so we can loan it to students at 6.5%.
  • gimme federal subsidies regardless of need, just to increase profits.
  • gimme overseas wars so we can rape other countries too.
  • gimme no responsibilities to act in an ethical manor.
  • gimme no accountability.
  • gimme immunity from prosecution so we can lie, cheat, and steal.
  • gimme a US government that we own.

The “gimme gimme gimme” workers in America:

  • gimme the opportunity for a fair days wage for a full days work.
  • gimme the opportunity for a safe working environment.
  • gimme the opportunity for freedom from sexual abuse from my employer.
  • gimme the opportunity to earn a respectful life in dignity.
  • gimme the opportunity to improve my life through hard work.
  • gimme the opportunity to obtain health care for my family.
  • gimme the opportunity to own a home.
  • gimme the opportunity to educate my children.
  • gimme the opportunity to live in relative peace.
  • gimme the opportunity to live in relative security.
  • gimme the opportunity to live with the ones I love.
  • gimme the opportunity to serve my country without fear of rape.
  • gimme an America that cares about the less fortunate.
  • gimme an America that will not allow a child go hungry.
  • gimme an America that will not allow the disabled to be discarded.
  • gimme an America that will not allow the sick to go without care.
  • gimme an America that will not turn it’s back on it’s veterans.
  • gimme an America that will not tolerate lies from politicians.
