New Mexico law enforcement officer decides Summary Execution of a woman and her children justified.

When a person, private citizen, law enforcement, or soldier in war discharges a gun, that is an attempted summary execution. The gun holder is judge, jury, and executioner. The decision is that the crime being committed warrants instant execution of all persons in the field of fire.

In the video link below, a New Mexico State police officer fires at a minivan that is pulling away from a speeding violation traffic stop. The woman driving the van full of children was wrong for doing so.

The officer, however is guilty of attempted murder. Pulling away from the traffic stop threatened no ones safety. No one was in immanent  danger by the women’s actions. All the children in the van were in the officers line of fire.

The officer should server a long sentence in prison in retribution for his crime, to aid the officers rehabilitation, to give the officer time to reflect and be penitent, and as a deterrent to future police and civilian use of deadly force.

    • looks very nice. Being from the desert southwest, I feel most comfortable when the temp is near 40C and the humidity nears 0. I seriously don’t think Europe is the place for me.
