Today America may have a Secretary of Defense. The filibuster has ended.
Senate republicans still refuse to allow America to have a Chief of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, firearms and explosives. This is important work that the senate minority republicans refuse to allow.
Without a Bureau chief the AFT cannot function efficiently. Its time to act.
