The corrupt non democratically elected territorial government of the New Mexico Territory has long been replaced. A democratically elected government with all checks and balances on the power of elected officials of the State and US Constitutions are firmly in place. The nation is secure and has better ways to deal with armed hired guns.
This is the case inside all of America. The time and place to posture against a corrupt minority by a well armed majority is long past. Votes supplant unjust leaders, police protect and defend our communities, our streets, our businesses, and our neighborhoods. The courts check the power of the police by the rule of law.
I believe in America. I live in the Land of The Free and the Home of The Brave. I will not live in fear. I am an American. I refuse to fall victim to your rhetoric of fear.

You forgot to mention the “Well regulated Militia”. a.k.a. The National Guard – which is under the jurisdiction of the Governors of the “Free States”.
